摘要: 本研究指的醫療用的容器包材,以針劑用的鋁蓋、玻璃管瓶、塑膠管瓶、膠塞、預注式的玻璃針筒、塑膠針筒為主要探討對象。 日益進步的材料科學技術,讓各種醫療用的器材,不斷地創新發展出來。 每一個階段,皆有精緻、便利、穩定的醫療包材被發明、使用,但是,生產技術和生產工具也不停地精進。因此,在醫療包材的市場也產生了劇烈的競爭。 本研究以SWOT分析法為研究基礎。分析在藥用包材產業領域在經營規劃時之策略。本研究展示,本國製造商具有強的製造優勢、行銷能力、人員素質等等,但對於新材料的研發、新知識的獲得、各種配合新藥的材質測試,大約都不及國外的製造廠來的具有優勢。因此,國內的藥用包材製造商,為了搶攻市場,很輕易就落入價格戰中。 國內、外的文化不同;思維不同,對長期利益、短期利益的看法、支撐力不同。最後,長期時間下來,強弱對比的態勢,即可明顯展現出來。希望透過此研究,能給本國包材製造商做為未來競爭策略制定時的參考。
This research investigates the development of medical container such as ampoule, via, mold, cartridge, syringe, robber stopper, aluminum cap. Due to technology advancement and material innovation, various kinds of delicate, convenient and steady medical containers are innovated. However, the continuously improvement of production technology and tools also lead to intense competition. This research uses SWOT as the main method and analyzes the strategy of operation planning in medical packing material industry. This research shows that the local manufacturers have strong advantage in producing, marketing and human capital, but not in the R&D of new material, the acquirement of new knowledge and the quality test of new drug compared to foreign manufacturers. Hence, the local medical packing material manufacturers can easily fall into the price war to compete for market share. Because of the culture difference, the viewpoints of long-term and short-term profit will be different from foreign manufacturers to local manufacturers. Therefore, the distinction of these manufacturers will be obviously shown in the long run. This research can be the reference for the local medical packing material manufacturers to make competitive strategy in the future.
