摘要: 道路是交通和經濟的動脈,而橋樑則是組成整個交通網的主要因素,因此 要維持橋樑正常運作必先掌握橋樑的狀況;鐵路局乃委託本所在下頭份溪 橋設置橋樑監測系統,能自動讀取該橋樑的撓度、應變、傾斜等數據,並 可以長期紀錄相關資料,分析橋樑未來行為與安全性評估。操作此監測作 業系統需要高度專業的學養與經驗,並非一般行政人員可以勝任,而因其 著重專業知識和經驗,故可以應用專家系統,將部份的監測知識化為知識 庫,供給一般對此領域知識有點概念者使用。因此建立 一套能為非專業 人才使用,且能訓練行政人員擁有部份專業人才素養的功能之系統,乃是 本研究所要完成的目標。 Road is the artery of traffic and economy,and that bridge is the main factor of all communication network. In order to keep up the transportation normally,then we must control the circumstances of bridge firstly. The Railway Administration entrusted this Institute to set up a system for bridge instrumentation at Hsin Toufen which can get the displacements、 strains、slants etc. numerals automatically, and can record related data for a long time with which we can analysis the bridge's future behavior and safty. To operate this instrumentation system need special skills and experiences highly,so the administrators do not adequate for this job. Besides,because this system emphasizes on expertise and experience,so we can apply Expert System to change a part of the instrumentation knowledge for knowledge base which can be used by the man with little conception in this field. The objective of this research is to set up a system for non- experts which have the effects to train administrators for partly skills of experts.
