作業研究應用於商業銀行之初步探討

Abstract

本研究研討作業研究在有關商業銀行的系統設計、作業規劃、財務規劃、 及績效評估上的應用文獻。列舉銀行經營管理上適用作業研究方法為解題 工具的問題。各文獻模式構建過程中的假設與解析方法均有其特性，本研 究引用129 篇刊登於期刊上有關作業研究於銀行業之應用文獻，並將其依 應用範圍與技術做成系統化之分類。透過以往的研究內容，以及銀行業與 製造業的差異比較，以利後繼研究者進一步研究。 This research studies the applications of operations research methods in system design, operations planning, finance planning, and performance evaluation in commercial banks. This research focuses only on the topics of facilities locations of banks, check collection, manpower planning, finance planning, and performance evaluation. Each reference paper has its meaning assumptions to build the analytical model. This research identifies and classifies 129 journal articals on operations research in banking according to application areas and techniques. An analysis provides some interesting insights into historical trends and future prospects for research.
