兩岸監視器業合作策略與管理

Abstract

本研究之主要目的是在探討兩岸監視器業間是否存在互補關係及合作空間 ？以及我國廠商應採用那些策略以進行合作事務？並藉此瞭解我國廠商在 大陸的發展現況，以為政府相關單位擬訂大陸政策之參考，亦可為後續欲 赴大陸發展的廠商之借鏡。本研究主要運用的研究方法包括：1.以策略管 理四因子模式為基礎，建立兩岸產業合作策略規劃之程序，做為本研究之 架構。2.運用美國哈佛大學波特教授在『競爭策略』和『競爭優勢』著作 中所提出的五力（Five Competitive Forces ）和價值鏈（Value Chain ）分析模式，以找出影響監視器業長期發展之重要因素。3.以〞強弱利害 分析法〞分析及整理兩岸各該重要因素之現況和未來發展趨勢，以找尋兩 岸互補關係及合作空間。4.以電話訪問、親訪及參閱報章專刊等方式，蒐 集我國監視器廠商在大陸發展之狀況。以及外商在大陸之投資狀況，以為 策略研擬之參考。本研究發現：1.絕大部份業者赴大陸經營是持保守心態 ，也很注意保護自己。由早期的代工模式，過渡到合資模式，如果凜兩岸 政治情勢發展穩定，則獨資模式將成為主流。2.監視器廠商赴大陸的合作 型態，均以生產合作為主，採合資模式者有銷售合作，而技術合作佔極少 數，且僅在雇用大陸專業人才的合作層次上。因此目前我國廠商赴大陸發 展主要是看重當地廉價的土地和勞力。3.已有多家廠商在大陸生產彩色14 吋SVGA監視器，而該產品目前仍為我國監視器業之主力產品。其結果可能 會加速大陸監視器業製造能力之提升，而成為直接競爭者我國業者應注意 此情況之發展。4.合作地點之選擇將逐漸呈現集中現象，並以監視器相關 零組件供應齊備之地為優先考量。目前集中地點以福建和廣東等東南沿海 地區為主，但南京、上海一帶將成為下一個聚集區。 The main purpose of this thesis is to develop suitable stra- tegies for firms of monitor in Taiwan to exploit resources or to cooperate with firms in mainland China. The research began with " Five competitive force analysis " and " Value chain analysis " of monitor industry in Taiwan, and then pick out those key factors which influence the long-term development of this industry. Then compare the status of those factors in Taiwan with that in mainland China, to point out po- ssible aspects for industrial cooperation. Then combined with the statistic results that drew from inspection of firms have invested in mainland China, finally got the suitable strategies and management of industrial cooperation of monitor across Tai- wan straits.
