摘要: 資訊建構主要是提供一個整合與穩定的架構(環境),以支援組織資訊系統 的邏輯分析及實體設計;同時它也是90年代中,MIS領域的重要課題之一,有 些研究已顯示,目前組織需要更富彈性的規劃方法論,使在動盪的環境中仍 能有效率地維護資訊建構的效能。目前的規劃方法論,依其不同的基本邏 輯,有其適用情境,本研究的主旨是經由組織學習的觀點,以解析規劃程序 中的經驗與學習,並探討如何導入學習機制,以促使方法論的基本邏輯,能 更完整且具效率地與組織環境相融合,進而增強規劃方法的效能;然而發揮 規劃方法的績效,是維護資訊建構效能的基本前提。本研究經由對資訊建 構的相關文獻做靜態及動態性維度的探討,以呈現研究的理論基礎,並對組 織學習理論解析及綜合,提出具學習機制發展的一般模式,此模式將導入於 資訊建構的規劃方法中,使規劃方法能透過正式的學習程序,對其規劃中的 相關經驗加以管理,進而有效地支援資訊建構的規劃。由於本研究方法的 類型是屬於「概念性架構和應用」經由呈現一些觀念或架構,同時描述其 應用。 While planning an organization's information architectures has become one of the top MIS key issues in the 1990's, the turbulent environment necessitates more flexible information architectures for adapting the organization's information systems to dynamic changes. This research studies a continuous learning process to improve the design of information architecture in an organization. The basic assumption is the effectiveness of planning process can be improved by systematic and sharable learning (organiational learning). Individual- level learning should be extended to organization-level learning to enhance the quality of information architectures. The process of information architectures planning should be therefore revised from the perspective of organizational learning. In this research, some related theories of information architecture are first evaluated through static and dynamic literature surveys. Then organizational learning theories are synthesized for planning purpose. Finally a general model of learning-oriented planning is developed based on Argysirs organizational learning theory and Basili's reuse- oriented organization. The model effectively combines information architectures planning and learning mechanism.
