dc.description.abstract本研究收集國內外之各種交通噪音防制技術,針對敏感地區之環境特性, 彙整出可行之防制技術,並分別以經濟方法與非經濟方法二類加以說明; 另外以全面性的調查,了解台北市內醫院與學校二類敏感地區,其所面臨 各類型道路之交通噪音現況及汙染情形,以及敏感地區受交通噪音之影響 程度。經過資料分析,在各類型道路中,以路寬 30 ∼ 40 公尺之主要道 路,其所衍生之交通噪音最易形成汙染;而路寬 40 公尺以上之主要道路 則最不易形成汙染;街巷道所衍生之交通噪音造成汙染之比例則不大。此 外,根據各類型道路之交通噪音特性,可知重型車為主要噪音汙染源,並 依此提出有效之交通管理措施及未來有關敏感地區佈設時之道路配置原則 ,以減輕交通噪音對敏感地區之影響。 This study provids the feasible control measures for the sensitive area by collecting all kinds of traffic noise control measure and describes with economic method and non-economic method, also, understands the traffic noise pollution of road types which faces the school and the hospital, two sensitive areas, and the impact of traffic noise on the sensitive area in the Taipei Metropolis by surveys. In each kind of road types, the traffic noise of the Arterial with width 30 ∼ 40 meters may pollute easily, and that of arterial with width above 40 meters may not pollute easily. And, according to the traffic noise characteristic of each kinds of road types,we know that the heavy vehicle is the main polluting source,and provide effective and feasible traffic management measures and the rule of road allocatin for sensitive area in the future to mitigate the impact of traffic noise on the sensitive area.zh_TW
