dc.description.abstract本研究以我國IC產業為對象,研究範圍以新竹科學工業園區IC廠商為主, 運用專家意見的調查法,歷經兩次問卷及廠商研討會,探討我國IC廠商經 營策略之影響因素。本研究主要目的在於分析我國IC產業的環境及未來趨 勢,並找出我國IC產業的強處、弱處、機會與威脅。並分析技術、人才、 設備、基礎設施、中衛體系、資金、智慧財產權及政府法規等因素對IC廠 商經營策略之影響。本研究主要集中在前五項因素之探討,並進一步找出 該因素的問題或解決方案,以提供IC相關廠商經營策略影響因素之權重, 做為經營之參考。 This study researches the influential factors of management strategy of IC companies located in the Hsin-Chu Science-based Industrial Park in Taiwan. It was completed by adopting expert opinion survey method comprising two round questionnaires and one seminar. The main charter of this research analyzes the local IC industry environment and trends, and seek out the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. The influence of Technology, human resources, equipment, infrastructure, the general satellite system, capital, intellectual property right and government policy were analyzed in IC companies management strategy. Finally, This study concentrates on the first five factors and discovers the problems and solutions. Then the weights of the factors were resulted and provided to the companies for reference.zh_TW
