研發績效衡量架構之探討

Abstract

本研究針對電子資訊產業發展一套研發績效衡量系統的架構，首先探討一般績效衡量所需考量的要素、研發活動的特質與成功研發的條件。隨之，根據上述要件建構研發績效衡量系統的架構，分析研發流程，提出專案執行檢核步驟與研發流程的績效衡量指標，確保研發流程的品質。最後，建構研發結果的績效衡量指標，提供組織了解研發績效與能力。

This research focuses on the electronic industry to develop the framework of R&D performance measurement system. Firstly, we investigate the general factors of performance measurement, the character of R&D activities, and the elements of successful R&D. Next, we build the framework of R&D performance measurement system, analyze the R&D process, and propose the steps of check while executing project and the indicators of performance measurement in the R&D process to assure the quality of the R&D process. Finally, we develop the indicators of performance measurement in the R&D result for organizations to understand the R&D performance and ability.
