dc.description.abstract本論文中將展示一個快速、高靈敏度且面積小的內建式電流感應器。整個 結構由感應器、波形再生器、過濾器和輸出保持器四個部份所構成,每一 部份的電晶體數均很少,故速度可達數億赫茲;由感應器和波形再生器的 調整,可達微安培的解析度;而過濾器與輸出保持器又可給不同組的感應 器和波形再生器共用,所以可以很省面積。 In the thesis we present a high speed, high resolution, small area built-in current sensor (BICS). It is composed of four components: a sensor, a regenerator, a filter and an output- holder. Every component contains very small number of MOS transistors, therefore the speed of BICS can be up to hundreds of mega-hertz. By adjusting the sensor and the regenerator, the BICS can achieve a high resolution. Also, it is very area- saving because the filter and the output-holder could be shared by groups of sensors and regenerators.zh_TW
