dc.description.abstract『發掘問題、不斷改善』是今日台灣的企業經營者立於不敗之地的不二法門,而過去十幾年來已有不少提供企業界突破現狀、克服困難的方法。這其中,Eliyahu Moshe Goldratt博士1986年於美國創立的限制理論,其思考邏輯架構-從撥雲見日突破核心問題、過程檢核考慮負面影響到解決問題-行動方案的程序,完全迥異於昔日解問題的手法,且頗有其獨特之處。 本研究一方面深入探討限制理論問題求解的新觀念,另一方面嘗試與其他四個手法—QC大手法、新QC七大手法、K-T法及危機管理等做個比較,探究其異同與特殊之處,並彙總成一個簡明扼要的綜合比較表,以為企業界用以選擇適用手法-發掘問題、不斷改善之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOngoing continuous improvement is the only way that local industry can stay survive in the fierce competition market. However, there are many continous improvement approaches and each one has its merits and drawback. In this thesis, five different ongoing continous improvement approaches are studied and compared, there are: Theory Of constraints (TOC) , Kepner-Tergeo (k-T), 7QC Tools, New 7QC Tools and Crisis Management. The comparison is based on their concept, problem solving techniques and communication process. Mapping of on-going continous improvement approaches to problem domains is also derived.en_US
