摘要: 現今港埠業務競爭激烈,經營者唯有以港埠使用者的角度,提供優良的服 務品質,才能維持競爭的優勢,以爭取更多的船貨。本研究目的為制訂一 套具體可行之港埠裝卸機具服務品質指標,作為基隆港監測或衡量裝卸機 具服務水準的規範,並對未來裝卸民營化後,港務局在監督者的立場,有 一套公平的服務品質指標作為準則,得以有效評估經營公司的表現。 At present the port industry are competing strongly among them , operators must just form the port users' angle provi- de excellent service quality , so as to get ahead of others in competition , and then they can solicit more ships and cargoes to come . The goal of this research is to establish a positive and available service quality index for port han- dling equipment , so that it may be used as the rule of sur- veying or measuring the service standard for handling equip- ment . And after privatization of the stevedor , this resea- rch can provide some fair criteria on service quality index to the port authority , acting as supervisor , to evaluate effectively the merits and demerits of the operators.
