超媒體文件的更新支援

Abstract

理想上的超文件結構，必須要和讀者組織資訊的方式產生共鳴。因此，掌 握讀者的思考方式，就成了超文件設計上的一大難題。本研究由使用者的 角度，提出一套超文件的更新架構，並運用使用者介面的設計原則來設計 出一個雛形系統。透過這套超文件更新系統的使用，一般的讀者不需深入 瞭解超文件的製作方式，就可以很輕易對超文件的結構進行更新。讓讀者 也能扮演作者的角色，直接的超文件進行更新及維護，使得文件的內容組 織能夠更符合自己的思考方式。 Hypertext can be thought as an imitation of human memory. An ideal hyperdocument should map the way readers organize the information in their memory. Thus, realizing the way readers organize their information has been a major issue and an interesting problem of hyperdocument authoring. This research tries to attack this problem from the reader's perspective. This research designs a prototype for the reader to modify the hyperdocument directly. To make the prototype easy for non- professional users, we apply various principles of design of user interface, such as reducing the information load, ability of recovery, and reducing the power of single command. With this interface prototype, readers do not need know the details of authoring a hyperdocument and can maintain the hyperdocument on his own. The blurring between readers and authors is a future trend of hypertext.
