摘要: | 在本論文中, 我們利用有限元素法計算抗諧振反射光波導結構之傳輸常 數, 及穩定態電場分佈之情形. 由於抗諧振反射光波導特殊的漏波特性, 我們改良有限元素法, 加入適當的邊界條件來模擬, 可直接求得複數的傳 輸常數.我們分析平板型和立體背脊式兩種抗諧振反射光波導, 求得的結 果與簡單邊界條件做一比較, 發現加入邊界條件的結果較為精確. 有限元 素法分析對將來設計立體脊背式或條狀抗諧振反射光波導結構, 提供另一 方便精確的方法. The finite-element method (FEM) was used to drive the propagation constants and field profile of the antiresonant reflecting optical waveguides (ARROW). Because the special properites of leaky waves for ARROW, we applied a suitable boundary condition for the finite-element method to analyze an ARROW device in a computing window. With this method, we calculated the complex propagation constants directly. We simulated planar and ridge ARROWs. The simulation results with suitable boundary conditions are more accurate than those obtained with simple boundary conditions. The finite-element method with a suitable boundary condition is a useful analysis mehtod for designing the ridge or strip ARROWs in the future. |
