摘要: 为因应当前全球化竞争与知识经济发展趋势,以“知识”为核心,经由推动“知识管理”,从而促动台电公司智慧资本之创造和未来转型之发展。本研究以台电知识管理活动之知识社群推广为观察目标,进行个案分析探讨,研究主要针对台电公司导入知识管理过程对于知识社群与执行之影响分析。藉由知识社群的建立,员工可以进行多方面专业知识交流,而在资讯科技的辅助,让不同地区的台电员工可以于同一个知识管理系统平台进行意见交换,对于专业知识保留与汇整有一定的帮助。

台电公司员工众多,对于资深员工的知识保存刻不容缓,这些资深员工宝贵的专业知识与经验,可让新进员工缩短学习时间与减少错误发生机率,对于企业绩效有一定的贡献。
Knowledge-based economy and global competitiveness are the world trend, so TaiPower company, regarding knowledge as the core and launching knowledge management, triggers not only the creation of intellectual capital but the development of future transformation as well. This study uses Taipower as a case to analyze knowledge management activities and the promotion of knowledge community. We also analyze the implementation of knowledge management in Taipower and related management activities reallocation. With aids of information technology, knowledge management system provides a platform to exchange information between different district employees of Taipower. It will be beneficial to keep specialized knowledge reserved.
Senior employees’ knowledge is treasure and valuable for a company. New employees can learn professional experience from these senior employees’ knowledge. In conclusion, knowledge management can positively contribution to business performance.
