dc.description.abstract | 低電壓低功率積體電路是攜帶式電子系統的關鍵組件。為了配合這個趨 勢,本篇論文提出之二個新型動態電流偵測高速數位邏輯電路,一為單相 位時序電流偵測高速邏輯電路(CSTSPC),一為四相位時序電流偵測高速邏 輯電路(CSTFPC),它們適合應用於1.2伏特低電壓低功率系統中。由於要 在1.2伏特低電壓的環境下工作,我們採用電流偵測的操作方式會比用傳 統電壓偵測的操作方式有更快的偵測速度,而且電流偵測操作方式不會有 直流功率消耗。依此發展出的兩種新型動態電流偵測高速數位邏輯電路( CSTSPC,CSTFPC)其速度可達到現有傳統單相位時序邏輯電路(TSPC),四相 位時序邏輯電路(TFPC)的兩倍,且具有較小的功率延遲乘積比。 Low-voltage low-power integrated circuits are essential in portable electronic systems. In this thesis, two new high- speed dynamic current-sensing digital logic circuits are proposed and investigated. One is the current-sensing true- single-phase-clock CMOS logic (CSTSPC), the ot> □is the current-sensing true-four-phase-clock CMOS logic (CSTFPC). These two new dynamic logic circuits are suitable for the applications in low-voltage low-power systems. Since the current-sensing scheme can yield a fast sensing speed than the conventional voltage-sensing scheme under 1.2 volt low-voltage operation node and the dynamic current-sensing scheme has no dc power dissipation. Based upon the principles, our two new high-speed dynamic current-sensing digital logic circuits (CSTSPC,CSTFPC) can achieve two times faster than the conventional true-single- phase CMOS logic (TSPC), conventional true-four-phase CMOS logic (TFPC) and have smaller power-delay product. | zh_TW |
