半導體製程多媒體教材之開發與製作

Abstract

網路、多媒體、半導體三者，與人類之生活息息相關，可以說是未來最具 發展潛力的三大領域，本研究之教材製作以「半導體製程概論」為主題， 透過生動活潑的多媒體表達，並經由網路為媒介來傳播，將三大領域做了 有效的整合。本研究之教材分為IC應用簡介、元件操作原理、IC製程技術 與IC電路設計等四大單元，透過動態媒體如動畫、視訊、音訊及靜態媒體 如圖片、文字、影像之製作，經由HTML與Java整合後，將整套教材置於全 球資訊網（WWW）上，同時也增加討論區、問題與解答、搜尋等功能。網 址為http://140.113.31.246。 Network, Multimedia, and Semiconductor products are closely related to our daily life and their future are quite promising. The objectives of this study are to develop and implement a multimedia courseware on semiconductor fabrication in World Wide Web（WWW）.The multimedia courseware is composed of four topics : (1)Introduction to IC applications, (2)Device theory, (3)IC fabrication technology, and (4)IC circuit design.
