dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要從訓練系統之訓練前分析及訓練評估二層面,探討台北捷運公 司運務人員專業訓練之成效.訓練前分析涵蓋人員分析及工作分析二部分; 訓練評估則透過Kirkpartrick的反應評估 學習評估及行為評估方法衡量 訓練成效. This research is conducted to investigate the effectiveness ofProfessional training of TRTC's operation staff. To assess theeffectiveness of training, the methods of "Pre-training Analysis" and "Training Evaluation" are applied. The pre- traininganalysis covers personnel analysis as well as job analysis,while training evaluation adopts Kirkpartrick's systematicreaction evaluation, learning evaluation and behavioralevaluation. | zh_TW |
