This research is conducted to investigate the effectiveness
ofProfessional training of TRTC's operation staff. To assess
theeffectiveness of training, the methods of "Pre-training
Analysis" and "Training Evaluation" are applied. The pre-
traininganalysis covers personnel analysis as well as job
analysis,while training evaluation adopts Kirkpartrick's
systematicreaction evaluation, learning evaluation and
behavioralevaluation.
