dc.description.abstract在電腦整合製造裡,現場監控系統扮演實際資料與資訊系統連結的關 鍵角色。在大型工廠中,其完整的現場監控系統可能非常複雜。因此,必 須利用適當的分析與設計方法,才能降低系統的複雜度並縮短系統的開發 時程。 本研究係以物件導向的概念為基礎來發展一套適合現場監控系 統開發之方法。其目的是希望藉由模組化的技術與設計模型(Design Pattern)的分析,將受控系統的結構與行為逐步轉變成主控系統之功能 規格。尤其是,我們著重於找出建構製造系統中所需用到的最基本類別及 其間相互關係。以這些基本類別為基礎,設計SFCS的所遭遇的困難因而得 以減輕。 最後將所提出的方法,建構出跨網路之圖形介面以模擬光罩 管理系統的實際環境。 In computer integrated manufacturing system, Shop Floor Control System(SFCS) plays an important role of linking physical data with the information system. In large plants, a complete SFCS could be very complex. Therefore, proper analysis and design methods must be used in order to reduce the complexity and design cycle time. In this thesis, a SFCS development method, based on object-oriented concepts, is proposed. The objective is to transform the structure and behavior of the plant into the specification of the controller by using design- pattern analysis and modularization techniques. In particular, we focus on finding out some fundamental object classes in a manufacturing system. Based on these classes, the difficulty of designing large SFCS can be reduced. The proposed method is implemented on a reticle management system. A graphically based interface across network is designed to mimic a realistic environment.zh_TW
