dc.description.abstract | 在這全球化的時代,產業的競爭已不再只侷限於區域性的競爭,面臨著全球化的競爭,「顧客滿意第一、顧客服務至上」已成為企業的共同經營理念。以網通產業為例,終端產品、零組件的價格,隨著消費市場的需求以及競爭者的加入,進行價格的調降動作,對製造廠而言,這價格的調整卻是殘酷的挑戰,廠商不僅要面臨同業產品的競爭,更必須著眼於產品生命週期的縮短,如何有效的快速回應客戶的需求,提升企業對客戶的服務水準 (Service level)之外,更必須對企業內部庫存做有效的管控。畢竟企業是以營利為目的,所有企業活動的最後目的就是視其能為企業貢獻多少的利潤。透過需求的整合與規劃,可以瞭解企業資源運用的效率,並進一步利用其來釐定未來供需的策略方向。近年來企業與企業的競爭已進入供應鏈管理的競爭,尤其在這微利的時代,供應鏈管理儼然是企業決勝負的關鍵之所在,在講求專業分工的的產業潮流下,企業發展出一套適合於該企業的供應鏈管理的作業準則,在企業有限的資源下準,創造出最佳化的利潤,是為企業所面臨的最迫切的課題。本論文主要目的是尋找最適於個案企業之需求規劃流程,並從組織面予以建構,以及將實際作業面的標準作業回饋至整個供應鏈之改良,並希望作為該企業需求規劃或執行時之參考或借鏡。主要內容分為二部分,第一為理論探討,及蒐集、現況分析;第二為建構最適需求規劃之具體作法,最後並提出結論與建議。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The industry competition is changed from the local competition to the global competition. Plus the competitors entered which causes the ferieced price competition and erosion the profit margin. This requires the companretain the competitive edge. Especially in logistical operation that guarantees customers has right products at the right time and right place. This requires the company to change their supply chain management system,partically on demand management. In this research we use use a case study to illustrate the change of the demand management will increase the availability to the customers is possible.
