摘要: 在全球化行銷和生產方式的趨勢下,大多數企業為了面對激烈競爭的 環境每個公司都相當重視供應鏈管理。因此產生更有效率供應鏈,建立起一個最佳而快速且正確的流程,以便整合成一個有效的供應鏈網路進而達到利潤成長,是供應鏈管理中的必要條件及須接受的挑戰。本論文應用可延伸性標示語言(eXtensible Markup Language, XML)技術,來設計供應鏈管理中企業之間的訂單處理作業系統。XML 技術具有,如資訊完整、架構簡明、多元化呈現、易於修改等特性。利用XML設計一種處理訂單準備、傳送、查詢、上網與處理之應用系統,讓企業的電子商務發展符合全球化競爭下的需求,並且能夠快速的傳遞資訊、發展商業及建構IT環境是本論文的研究重點。本論文的研究結果顯示,利用XML所開發出來之技術可以讓該公司與其客戶之間的訂單處理作業,達到省時、省力、錯誤率低、且透明化之功能。
Today marketing and manufacturing should be globalized. Many enterprises face a more violent competitive environment, therefore they place more and more importance on supply chain management. The necessary factor and challenges of SCM are that they have more effective supply chains and an optimum, fast and correct process to integrate an effective supply chain network and get more benefits. In this paper we use eXtensible Markup Language(XML) to design an order processing system between enterprises in the supply chain management. XML includes characteristics such as: complete information, simple and clear structure, diversification and easy modification. The aim of this paper is to describe a system using XML that can prepare for orders, pass orders and query orders on the internet. This system will support the requirement of an enterprise to build a global electronic business as well as passing information quickly, developing business, and building an IT environment. The findings in this paper can help enterprises and their correspondents to save more time, money and resources, by not only reducing mistakes but also creating a transparent order process.
