Abstract

電信網路營運管理之研究學生： 王文宏 指導教授： 童兆陽 虞孝成國 立交通大學科技管理研究所摘要 我國電信政策朝向自由化、民營化的方向發展。電信 業務從原先中華電信獨佔市場，轉變為各家競爭經營。新進的民營電信業者迫切需要瞭解 電信網路營運管理方面的知識。 有鑑於此，本研究擬針對電信網路營運管理之相關知 識進行整理分析，探討1.電信網路的營運作業內容，包括：建置、行政管理、維護；2.電 信事業營運系統，包括記錄及訂單處理系統、設備監控和維護系統、規畫和工程系統；3. 電信網路的管理平台及其發展趨勢，以及第三代行動通訊網路管理的趨勢介紹，其目的為 提供電信網路服務業者參考，並針對網管系統開發者提出建議。 The Operations and Management of Telecommunications NetworksStudent: Weng-Hung Wang Advisor: Dr. Hsiao-Cheng YuInstitute of Management of TechnologyNatio nal Chiao Tung University Abstract Taiwan is moving towards Telecom liberal ization and privatization. The Third Generation Mobile Network Management Trends It is the purpose of this research to provide some reference information to t he new entrants into the Taiwan telecom market. Some suggestions to network ma nagement vendors are also provided.
