Global logistics management is more important for enterprises. The enterprises create own competitive advantages as long as they integrate the mode of supply chain between supplier and customer. Due to the difference of the industry type, the standard ERP system is not easy to satisfy the actual requirements for the electronic industry. Moreover, based on the thinking of global logistics management, it is more important for electronic industry to develop the mechanism of collaborative commerce and information sharing in the supply chain. According to the requirements of electronic industry and the thinking of efficient information sharing, this study builds up an E-global logistics management system that integrates the functions of current ERP system and the operation model of production and distribution in the supply chain. The result of this research is to design and implement an information system for global logistics management and collaborative commerce. This system can satisfy the needs of quick response for supplier, manufacturer, distributor, and customer. After implementing this information system, it not only makes the information of supply and demand more transparent, but also lowers the cycle time and the cost of inventory.
