dc.description.abstract本研究之目的在探討在高溫超導粉體╱固體複合包芯材在靜水壓擠製加工中各參數對擠製品質或擠製壓力所造成的影響。 初步實驗中,我們將針對傳統擠製及靜水壓擠製做一比較實驗,目的是為了證明靜水壓擠製有較佳的加工條件。 在第二步的實驗中,我們將分別找出粉體內徑及背壓大小對擠製壓力所造成的影響;以及擠製壓力對擠製品品質的影響。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of forming parameters on the products made by the process of hydrostatic extrusion on high-Tc superconducting powder /metallic solid composite clad rods. First, we will select a well method to produce high-Tc superconducting powder/metallic solid composite clad rods from tradition extrusion and hydrostatic extrusion Next, we will find the effects of powder in-radius and the number of back pressure; and the effects of extrusion pressure on product quality.en_US
