企業導入ERP系統之個案研究

Abstract

企業組織導入企業資源規劃系統來整合企業組織各部門功能之資訊系統，以提高企業整體之競爭力，是重要的趨勢。本研究藉由個案研究的方式，實際參與企業內部對於企業資源規劃系統的導入及實作，分析可能發生之問題，並透過美商甲骨文公司所提出之導入關鍵成功因素和個案公司實際導入過程之間的差異，做一分析與比較。最後並提出相關的準則及要點供研究者參考。

Introducing ERP systems in enterprises to integrate various departments' information systems is becoming an important trend to promote the business competitiveness. This study investigates the process of introducing an ERP system in a case company to analyze possible issues. The introducing process of the case company is compared and analyzed with the Oracle's Applications Implementation Method. This study also evaluates the introducing process according to the critical success factors provided by the Oracle. Finally, some suggestions and guidelines for introducing ERP systems are discussed.
