dc.description.abstract | 矩陣式組織結構下角色衝突、組織承諾、離職意願關連性研究 --以工業技術研究院員工為例-- 研究生:李棟榮 指導教授:李經遠 國立交通大學經營管理研究所 摘 要 本研究目的在驗證矩陣式組織結構下角色衝突、組織承諾、離職意願關連性,並以工業技術研究院員工為例,進行問卷調查,取得251份有效樣本,而用於樣本之統計分析方法包括信度分析、因素分析、次數分配、敘述統計、迴歸分析、T檢定、變異數分析、Scheffe比較法進行分析,因而取得如下之主要實證結果: 1. 矩陣式組織結構下之員工,其角色衝突對組織承諾呈負向之影響。 2. 矩陣式組織結構下之員工,其角色衝突對離職意願呈正向之影響。 3. 矩陣式組織結構下之員工,其組織承諾對離職意願呈負向之影響。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | A Study on the Relationships among Role Conflict,Organizational Commitment and Intent to Quit under Matrix Organizational Structure:Using Employees from Industrial Technology Research Institute as Examples Student:Lee Don-Zon Advisor:Lee Gin-Yuan Institute of Business and Management National Chiao Tung University ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among role conflict,organizational commitment and intent to quit under matrix organizational structure and used employees from Industrial Technology Research Institute as examples. Making a survey of collecting 251 effective samples.The statistical methods used in samples analysis include Reliability Analysis,Factor Analysis,Frequency Distribution,Descriptive Statistics,Regression Analysis,T-test,Analysis of Variance,and Scheffe’s Comparison. Therefore, We got the major conclusions as follows: 1. It appears negative influence for employees’role conflict to organizational commitment under matrix organizational structure. 2. It appears positive influence for employees’ role conflict to intent to quit under matrix organizational structure. 3. It appears negative influence for employees’ organizational commitment to intent to quit under matrix organizational structure. | en_US |
