dc.description.abstract電子商務是透過電腦通訊網路創造共享資訊、維繫企業和客戶間之緊密關係與主導企業交易行為之資訊科技,它含蓋經由電子媒體或類似工具形成之商務操作模式。傳統電子商務是利用專屬加值網路以資料交換方式為中心的資訊科技,今日,電子商務正迅速地往網際網路提供各種企業服務與行銷上的功能。 本研究是以半導體設計和資訊產業經銷體系為對象,依據不同形式的電子商務的應用需要,從上游的電子商務功能環境呈現分析使用者的需求反應,吾人嘗試透過田野問卷調查來操作資訊整合程度、群組協調能力以及供應鏈整合等構面,探討對創新能力、交易效率、溝通效果與整體服務滿意之影響。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractElectronic commerce [ E-commerce] is sharing business information, sustaining business relationship, and conducting business transaction by means of computer communication networks and information technology, which includes all types of commerce manipulated and medicated through electronic media and the like. Traditional E-commerce conducted with the use of information technologies centering on electronic data inter-exchange [EDI] over proprietary value added networks. Now, it is rapidly moving to the internet for the business services and marketing aspects. This research is based on the design houses in the semiconductor industry and distributors of information products in different kinds of E-commerce application to analyze the user’s demand for upstream of E-commerce environments. We find that integration of information contents, group collaboration, and integration of supply chain influence the capabilities of innovation, transaction efficiency, communication effectiveness and service satisfaction.en_US
