dc.description.abstract「品管圈」的改善活動在台灣至今已推行了三十多年,藉由現場基層人員所組成的改善小組,運用品管與統計方法,自動自發的改善現場環境,不斷依循管理循環進行改善活動,從而增強整個公司的體質。 品管圈最常遇到圈員間開會時間難以協調,圈員在開會時發言不踴躍,圈員對基本品管手法不熟悉等問題。本研究擬在傳統的品管圈活動中引入群組軟體技術,藉以加強使用者間的溝通與合作,促進品管圈的進行,更可供組織內員學習參考,將品管圈的資料儲存在系統中。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe improving activity of Quality Control Cycle has been promoted about thirty years in Taiwan. The improving team is composed of the shop-floor supervisors and operators. They adopt the approaches of quality control and statistics to improve everything happening in shop-floor and follow the P.D.C.A. cycle to proceed the improving activities. Following the improving procedure, the fundamental of a company will get stronger. However, QCC usually suffers some confusing problems, i.e. the meeting time is difficult to coordinate, the team members are passive and they are not familiar to the basic improving approaches of quality control. Consequently, this thesis imports groupware concepts into the basic QCC activities to promote the communication and collaboration between users. Furthermore, a system is constructed to store the relative information of improvement process, and it can avoid organizational memory from lost.en_US
