dc.description.abstract臺灣目前已有數十家廠商積極投入LCD驅動IC的設計,晶圓製造,金凸塊製作(Gold Bump),捲帶接合封裝(TCP Assembly)及IC測試。進一步的研究發現在後段製程上,各廠商在金凸塊製作,捲帶接合封裝及IC測試上已發展出5種不同的垂直整合或水平分工經營模式。然而對於LCD驅動IC後段製程的經營業者而言,如何選擇一個最佳的經營模式可以說是一個非常重要的問題。本論文研究的目的即是建立一個系統化的分析評估方法,一方面提出針對目前產業環境之下的最佳分工模式結論,另一方面則提出分析之架構與關鍵點,以便面對未來產業之轉型時,可以有因應的準備。評估方法以平衡計分卡所列之四個構面為基礎。本論文最後亦建議廠商應一方面集中資源,深化核心技術,加強核心競爭力;另外一方面則是結合供應鏈上、下游廠商,提高整個供應鏈之競爭力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractToday there are more than 10 companies in Taiwan actively pursue LCD Driver IC business such as design, wafer fabrication, gold bump, TCP assembly and IC testing. In the back end operation, these companies have developed 5 types of business models including vertical integration and horizontal disintegration. However, how to select a best business model is a very important topic for the management of the companies involved in the LCD Driver IC back end operation. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a systematic method for the evaluation of those business models. On one hand, it shows the conclusion about which one is the best business model in today’s environment; on the other hand, it shows the systematic structure and suggests the companies should, on one hand, focus its resources and develop core technology to strengthen the core competence; on the other hand, ally with the upstream and downstream companies in the supply chain to strengthen the capability of the whole supply chain.en_US
