dc.description.abstract我國能源96%仰賴進口,因此,能源供應與需求是政府重要能源政策。為使經濟持續發展,及降低全球溫室氣體減量產生的衝擊,節約能源是能源政策重要第一環,其中實施百大能源查核為節約能源重要工作之一,其主要目的為協助能源大用戶提高能源使用效率。 本論文之目的,主要在應用資料包絡分析方法(Data Envelopment Analysis),以能源節約量及產量為產出資源要素,以能源投入量及節約能源改善支出為投入之資源要素,並以經產業別分類之百大能源大用戶,評估其能源使用績效,作為執行能源大用戶實地能源查核輔導優先順序之參考。 經由DEA實證分析找出可作為其他百大能源用戶學習及示範之能源大用戶一般煉鋼廠有E4299-89、E7132-88、E4299-88、E6036-88;水泥業有E1249-89、E1607-88;化纖業有E4308-89、E1310-89;造紙業有E4102-89、E1619-88、E1020-89。應優先進行能源查核輔導之一般煉鋼廠有E6230-88、E2576-89、E7132-89;水泥業有E0915-88、E0369-88;化纖業有E0936-88、E7197-89;造紙業有E1020-88、E3282-88、E2317-88。 最後,經實證可藉由此DEA分析模式應用於全體能源大用戶的能源使用績效之評估工作,以有效率地找出進行實地能源查核輔導之優先順序。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractBecause 96% of energy consumption is imported from other country, the energy supply and demand become important energy policy issues in Taiwan. For continuously sustain economic development and decrease the impact of global warming issues, energy conservation become one of the important energy policies in Taiwan. One of the important projects among energy conservation is execute energy audit of Top-100 energy users. The main purpose of energy audit is assistant energy users to promote energy utilization efficiency. In the thesis, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is applied to evaluate the energy utilization performance of energy users. In this DEA model, outputs are production and energy savings of energy user, and inputs are energy consumption and expenditure of energy savings project of energy user. Four major industries of Top-100 energy users are evaluated in this model separately, and the results will become the reference for energy audit team to execute energy audit of Top-100 energy users. In DEA verified analysis, we have found four Decision Making Units (DMU’s) in steel industry, two DMU’s in cement industry, two DMU’s in man-made fiber industry, and three DMU’s in pulps and paper industry are classified as the robustly efficient units. The robustly efficient unit will become an object of study by other energy users. Also, we have found three DMU’s in steel industry, two DMU’s in cement industry, two DMU’s in man-made fiber industry, three DMU’s in pulps and paper industry are classified as the marginally inefficient units. The marginally inefficient unit will become the first priority for energy audit team to execute energy audit of Top-100 energy users. Finally, the verified DEA model can assist the energy audit team to evaluate the energy utilization performance of all energy users and to find the priority to execute energy audit efficiently.en_US
