摘要: 本論文提出一個線性規劃模式,可以同時解決晶圓代工廠作業員之員額配置及指派等兩問題,使作業員總成本最小。此等晶圓代工廠具有下列特性:產品組合經常變動、作業員總人數供給有上限、不解僱作業員、為了確保產品品質,作業員視需要接受訓練。這些特性在過去晶圓廠員額指派的相關研究,並未完全考慮。此模式所求的解對具有隨機特性的需求相當穩健。吾人利用30個亂數模擬一具有隨機特性的需求情境,發現此模式所求得的30組解,90%以上誤差低於3%。
This thesis presents a linear programming (LP) model for simultaneously solving the staffing level and operator assignment problems in a semiconductor foundry fab, with the following characteristics. The foundry fab imposes a no-lay-off policy but allows overtime, keeps high quality shop floor operations, aims to tightly control the staffing costs, and faces the frequent change of product mix. The operator staffing problem in such a fab was not addressed in previous studies. The LP model aims to minimize the operator staffing cost. The LP solutions have been examined and found to be insensitive stochastic demands modeled by various simulation replicates.
