摘要: | 在本篇論文中,我們應用數位影像技術建構一套智慧型數位監控系統。此數位監控系統結合了數位影像處理技術、資料庫系統以及可程式控制的旋轉平台。當有不明外物闖入監控環境中時,不論其形狀、大小亦不需具備任何特徵,此監控系統皆能即時框取出外物的範圍並且將其影像儲存於資料庫中。因此,此監控系統所儲存的影像皆是有意義的外物進入影像,而不只是靜態的錄影。此監控系統分成定點監控以及旋轉監控兩種模式,且在實際監控實驗結果中,不論是外物的框取抑或是影像的還原與播放皆能達到系統規格需求,另外我們也分析旋轉平台轉速對於監控系統的影響,找出此監控系統正常工作所能承受旋轉平台最高轉速,以評估此系統工作之環境限制與性能極限。 This thesis proposes a digital monitoring system combining with digital image processing, database system, and a programmable rotating platform. The system is able to enclose any object without any specific characteristic which is getting into monitoring region. The images of the enclosed object are stored into a database system in which the meaningful information is reserved. The proposed monitoring system is divided into two functions, fixed-point monitoring and rotating monitoring functions. Both experiment results demonstrate the effective performance of object enclosing and image reconstruction. Meanwhile, we also analyze the effect on system reliability due to angle speed of rotating platform and find out the highest angle speed of system operating to evaluate the limitation of working performance. |
