摘要: | 近年來,由於科技的發達及經濟的進步,世界進入一個全新的網路化時代,再者資訊、電子、機械、電機、自動控制及無線通訊等領域之科技不斷進步,加上社會型態的改變,國民所得逐漸增加、購買力提高,為追求居家生活之便利、安全、舒適、經濟以及爭取更多休閒時間的慾望逐漸提高,「家庭自動化」的概念也因而成形;許多原先用以提高工業生產力及商業競爭力的技術轉而被商品化變成便利生活的科技產品。
目前家庭自動化已經是可以實現的概念,但尚未出現一個強勢的標準,且缺乏此方面技術預測之相關研究,因此本研究採用MRI的研究方法,藉由需求調查找出消費者之需求,並輔以此領域專家之技術調查,找出未來產品開發之參考方向,且對於後續研究提供一個具體輪廓。
經由研究分析顯示,消費者在家庭自動化的居家安全、生活便利、家庭娛樂、省能環保、環境控制及居家照護等各個功能變數方面的需求程度,會隨著的個人或家庭收入、教育程度、年齡等人口統計變數而有顯著差異,且在預算有限下,對於居家安全有較高的需求,而居家安全系統的相關技術而言,有許多關鍵技術皆已成熟,極待整合管理之系統出現。整體而言,消費者認定家庭自動化系統高價位的產品,但仍希望在最經濟的預算下達到所要求的功能。 Due to the rapid progress of technology and economics, the world is running into a network times. Moreover, thanks to the fast updating in Information, Electronics, Mechanics, Electronics Mechanics, Automotive Control and Wireless Communication areas, in addition, the changing of society, increase of GNP, all of these factors raise the demand of pursuing the convenience, safety,comfort and economy in home life, it also does help to form the idea of “Home Automation”. Many techniques which used to improve the productivity and competitiveness in industry and commerce are transformed into the product which can improve convenience of home life now. So far, “Home Automation” had been realized by some ways, but there is not a world wide leading standard, and lacking related research of technological forecasting. So, this research uses MRI method to investigate consumer needs, and interviewed with the experts in this field to study related techniques, try to find out the directions of product development, furthermore, provide a useful reference for future research. Through this research, we found out from the demand investigation, degree of in house safety, life convenience, home entertainment, energy saving, environment control, and health care functions varies with the variables of human features, such as home income, education level, age and so on. If the budget is limited, most of the consumers preferred to install home security equipments first. And by interviewed with the experts, we found out the most of the related techniques are matured, but there should be an integration system to help the linkage of application. As regards to price, many consumers thought that the price of the system is expansive, but wish to fit their demands in less expenditure. |
