摘要: 本研究主要目的是探討半導體產業導入內部講師培訓之效益,以觀察內部講師接受培訓後對其教學績效之影響,作為評估是否導入內部講師培訓之參考依據。 本研究採用單組前後測實驗設計,研究對象為A公司2003年至2012年所培訓之內部講師,母群體共715位,經抽樣、去極端值後之樣本數為100位。 採用SAS統計軟體進行分析,產出結果如下: 一、導入內部講師培訓,對其教學績效無顯著成效。 二、對培訓前教學績效較高之內部講師無顯著成效。 三、對培訓前教學績效較低之內部講師有顯著成效。 依據結果提出建議如後:將教學績效納入內部講師培訓之受訓人員篩選條件,以達內部課程之發展及資源運用之最大效益。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the training effectiveness of importing internal instructor training program to the semi-conductor industry. By observing the teaching performance of those well-trained internal instructors, we further evaluate the feasibility of importing internal instructor training program to the industry. In this study, we adopt the single set of pre-test and post-test experimental design. Our study objects are internal instructors who have been trained in A company between the year of 2003 and 2012. The populations of this study are 715 instructors, and there are samples 100 instructors after randomly sampling and elimination of extreme values. Furthermore, we adopt SAS statistical software for analysis. Below are the results of study, 1. There is no significant improvement on the teaching performance after importing internal instructor training program. 2. There is no significant improvement on the teaching performance of the internal instructors whose performance is better originally. 3. There is significant improvement on the teaching performance of the internal instructors with worse performance before the training program. This study offers the following. We could take teaching performance as a filter criterion to maximize the effectiveness of development on internal training and the allocation of resources.
