摘要: 本文研究利用SWOT與五力分析,參考A公司年報資料與訪談A公司高層主管、主要客戶與供應商來了解A公司藉由以下經營策略來強化競爭優勢,利用差異化創造利基市場,達企業永續發展之目的。最後經由分析結果,提出建議供未來發展參考。
This study focuses on “SWOT & Porter Five Forces Analysis” to further understanding of how A company strengthens competitive advantages, creates a “niche market” by means of the following business strategies and differentiation in order to reach sustainable development. According to analysis results, the following recommendations shall be given to the future development for reference only.
