摘要: 行動支付產業的經營成效對於我國在未來科技、資訊、銀行與電信等產業之發展舉足輕重,也是我國現代化發展程度的重要指標。行動付款的技術條件都已成熟,但需要眾多產業能將資源合作及整合,然而目前台灣行動付款的發展績效明顯落後於其他國家,加上政府政策與法規制度、企業經營策略、消費者需求都未能達到相輔相承的縱效。 因此,本研究欲探討台灣行動支付市場之發展潛能與機會,對整個行動支付產業、政府法規、市場層面來作系統化的探討。同時,以全球成功案例為例,探討行動支付相關需求與程序、流程中關鍵要素等議題,整理出關鍵成功因素,最後分析台灣行動支付之現況,評估國內發展行動支付的條件,提供相關參與者發展方向與建議。 本研究將對行動支付發展較為成熟的國家及成功企業作為研究對象。包括中國與支付寶、非洲與M-Pesa、日本與NTT DoCoMo、美國與PayPal之行動支付現況與成功模式分析,並對台灣行動支付產業作全面性的探討研究。
Mobile payments industry is the important indicator of the modernization and might affect other industries such as technology, information, banking and telecommunications industries. Technical conditions are almost ripe for payment operations , but it still require some cooperation and integration. However, the current performance of mobile payment in Taiwan is significantly behind other countries , coupled with government policies and regulations, business strategy and consumer needs are failure to achieve effective complementary outcome. Therefore, the study is to investigate the development of Taiwan's mobile payment market potential and opportunities , payment industry , government regulations , explore the entire operation systematically . Meanwhile, refer to the successful cases , exploring related requirements and procedures of mobile payment, and other key elements of the issues , sorting out the critical success factors ,then analysis current situation in Taiwan that assess the domestic development , providing for participants development direction and advice of mobile payment. This study will develop some mature countries and successful companies as research subjects . Including China and Alipay, Africa and M-Pesa, Japan and NTT DoCoMo, United States and PayPal, analysis their payment status and key successful reasons, hope we can give comprehensive research in Taiwan for the payment industry .
