dc.description.abstract台灣IC設計服務產業競爭非常激烈,目前勝出的產業龍頭業務範圍,主要是特殊應用積體電路ASIC為主要業務(約佔營收比重70%~85%);NRE(委託設計代工)其次(約佔營收比重10%~30%)。IP(矽智財)及其他項目則佔營收比重較低。所謂的特殊應用積體電路ASIC為依照客戶個別的需要,提供從規格到IP客製化與整合,客戶原型製作服務,到量產製造等服務,因此對委外封測廠競爭力評選非常重要。 本研究亦以Dickson的23項供應商的評估準則做為研究構面的因素。Dickson (1966) 歸納評選供應商的23個準則(依重要程度排序) 如下:(1)品質(2)管理組織(3)交期(4)管理控制(5)過去績效(6)修復服務 (7)保證與客訴政策(8)服務態度(9)生產設備與產能(10)過去印象(11)價格(12)包裝能力(13)技術能力(14)勞資關係(15)財務狀況(16)地理位置(17)客訴處理程序(18)過去營業額(19)溝通系統(20)訓練(21)業界的聲譽(22)相互間協商(23)商業關係。 本研究結果顯示,台灣IC設計服務產業對委外封測廠商評選要素上,前八大評選要素,依序為「交期」、「品質」、「價格」、「技術能力」、「溝通系統」、「產出設備與產能」、「財務狀況」、「修復能力」,這八大競爭力目標其重要程度就已接近60% (58.44%);。而「交期」、「品質」、「價格」、「技術能力」是台灣IC設計服務產業對委外封測廠商最重要的評選要素。結論在「價格」、「技術能力」、「溝通系統」等與Dickson的研究有重要性排序相當程度的差異。因此,供應商的評選在每個產業都有其獨特性,需要個別深入加以研究使各產業都能因此受益。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIC design services industry is highly competitive in Taiwan. The business model of the main companies included the following three scopes. (1)Application-specific integrated circuit. (the proportion of revenues is 70% ~ 85%); (2)NRE - commissioned to design (the proportion of revenues accounted for 10% to 30%). (3) IP and others(the proportion of revenues is small). The so-called ASIC(application-specific integrated circuit) is to specify and service the needs of every customer, including IP customization and integration, prototyping, manufacturing, and total solutions. How to select the supplier is very important for the IC service companies. This research follows 23 vendor evaluation criteria of Dickson's research dimensions as factors. The results of this study show that the five key factors for the supplier selection in Taiwan are "delivery", "quality", "prices", "technical capacity", "communication system ", etc.en_US
