摘要: 近年來,在全球產業競爭日漸激烈的趨勢下,供應鏈成員間的關係越來受到企業的重視,期望能藉由供應鏈成員間的合作,達到降低供應鏈成本、快速回應顧客等競爭優勢。在供應鏈管理中,QR、ECR、CPR、VMI、CPFR等供應鏈管理策略皆透過供應鏈的資訊分享,來協同整合供應鏈的營運績效,將供應鏈成員整體的利益最大化。 由於資訊傳播技術的發達,使得供應鏈的管理方式產生了巨大的改變,讓供應鏈成員間能更有效率的進行溝通和協調。資訊分享的類型大致可以分成:庫存資訊、銷售資訊、需求預測、訂單狀態、生產排程,五種類型的資訊分享[2]。在本篇論文中,主要探討的資訊分享型態為銷售資訊分享。 但在以往的供應鏈管理策略中,大多是探討如何將資訊分享使用在傳統推式補貨的系統來改善庫存、降低長鞭效應等問題,而未探討資訊分享如何使用在拉式補貨行為中,故本研究欲藉由模擬供應鏈運作情境以探討客戶端銷售資訊分享對需求拉式補貨的影響。
In the global competitive environment, the relationship between supply chain become more important. Enterprise expect to take the advantage in the global market by decrease supply chain’s cost、response customer quickly or increase product’s qualities, etc. In supply chain management, there are some strategies like, QR、ECR、CPR、VMI or CPFR, which be implemented through information sharing to cooperate supply chain’s operation to maximum benefit of supply chain. The type of information sharing could be classify into:Inventory information、Sale information、Demand forecast、Order status、Product schedule[2]. In this thesis, we focused on the information of market sales. In the past, the information sharing usually be discuss how to use in the traditional push system to improve the inventory, but it seldom to discuss in the pull system. In this thesis, we will discuss about the effect of market sales information sharing on demand-pull mechanism by simulate the replenishment process of supply chain.
