台灣系統單晶片產業策略因素分析

Abstract

本研究只要分析台灣系統單晶片產業現況以及探討台灣系統單晶產業主未來應該要再加強的策略發展方向。本研究採用問卷調查研究，針對新竹科學園區系統單晶片產業相關產業進行問卷調查。 根據研究結果顯示，超過一半的受測者對台灣系統單晶片產業成功抱持著樂觀發展態度，從驗證的假設指出系統單晶片教育及研究系統、晶圓代工廠的製程以及矽智財使用與整合環境均對台灣系統單晶片產業有正向的影響。另外，沒有足夠的證據可以支持台彎總體財務資源、台灣IC產業網絡及矽智財設計能力對台灣系統單晶片產業的發展有正向影響，可以解釋假設被拒絕的理由原因有可能是因為這些構面當中某些變數仍在發展當中，績效表現尚未顯現出來而難以評估對台灣系統單晶片產業的影響。 研究結果指出台灣目前應該多加強系統單晶片教育及研究系統及建立完善矽智財使用與整合環境。

The research purpose is to analyze the current status of Taiwan SoC industry and explores several strategic development directions, which should be necessarily enhanced for Taiwan SoC industry. A survey was conducted among engineers working at SoC-related industries in Hsinchu Science Park.

According to the survey results, half of the participators are holding optimistic attitudes about the success feasibility of Taiwan SoC industry. The tested hypotheses indicated SoC education and research system, foundry process, and SIP usage and integration environment all have positive effects on Taiwan SoC industry development. On the other hand, the rejection of the hypothesis about financial resources, Taiwan IC industry networks, and SIP design capabilities indicated although there are no sufficient evidences to support they have positive effects on Taiwan SoC industry development, the reasons to explain the rejections is because the performance of some variables in some dimensions are not appearing and hard to evaluate.

The conclusions of the research are that at present Taiwan should pay more attentions on enhancing SoC education and research system, and creating complete SIP usage and integration environment.
