dc.description.abstract隨著台灣企業逐漸由OEM(Original Equipment Manufacture)轉為OBM(Own Brand Manufacture),新產品專案組合管理也隨之越來越重要。傳統新產品開發專案的組合管理,均單靠專案經理人的經驗,沒有決策品質可言,使得決策品質不佳而失去更多獲利的機會。本研究的目的是希望架構一系統化的決策過程,利用圖形化、數量化的表達方式,建立溝通平台,並結合強而有力的分析軟體(如:關聯圖、敏感度分析、決策樹、效率前緣…等),藉此提供管理者一個更好的專案組合分析方法,並以提升公司整體利益為目標。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWhen companies of Taiwan move from OEM(Original Equipment Manufacture) to OBM(Own Brand Manufacture) to Brand, new product project portfolio management becomes an issue and worth to be studied. Traditional way of doing new product project portfolio management is based on experience, not decision quality, this will causes poor decision result and creates value gap. In this research, we propose a systematic decision process integrating with analysis tools (such as influence diagram, sensitivity analysis, decision tree, efficient frontier, etc.), to provide managers a better way of managing project portfolios. The result will increase company’s total potential value of new product strategy.en_US
