dc.description.abstract本論文主要是研究膠狀的複層量子點,核為CdSe外殼為ZnS,在高壓下的發光效應,實驗是量測量子點的Raman, PL, 和life time 光譜。從這些光譜中我們研究量子點能階隨壓力的變化、晶體結構隨壓力可能之改變,以及量子光學理論對於這種介於原子和固體中間之尺度的量子點之適用程度。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis we study the Raman, PL and time resolve spectrum of the colloid core/shell CdSe/ZnS quantum dot under high pressure. From our experiment result, we want to find out the curve of the energy band gap of QD versus pressure, and the possible structure of QDs under high pressure. Finally, we also want to verify the quantum optic theorem by our time resolve experiment.en_US
