摘要: 當代企業身處國際化的競爭環境,尤其在沉重的成本與價格壓力、日益縮短的產品生命週期與經濟整合下,比過去企業面臨更多、更嚴峻的考驗與挑戰。而創新無疑是企業維持競爭力的重要方法之一。 TRIZ理論,意為「解決創意性問題的理論」,乃由前蘇聯發明家Genrich Altshuller研究數十萬種專利歸納後於1946年所提出,為一系統化創新發明方法。許多全球知名企業與研究機構,如:Ford、Motorola、Xerox、Boeing、SAMSUNG、LG、Kodak、NASA、等皆採用TRIZ方法得到突破性之創新發展。 本研究以TRIZ理論及其工具為基礎,研究TRIZ理論之核心概念與運作方式,探討當代企業運用TRIZ之手法與實例,並將TRIZ四十創新原則對應於企業環境,分析企業運用TRIZ之有效方法及應注意之事項,以有效運用TRIZ理論,進而提升企業之創新。
Due to cost and price competition, shortening of products life cycle, and integration of economy, businesses in the globally competed environment nowadays face heavier pressure more than that in the past. Innovation no doubt is one of the most important way for one business to survive. TRIZ is an acronym translated from a Russian phrase means the “theory of inventive problem solving.” Genrich Altshuller, the founder of TRIZ, investigated into the world’s database of millions patents in 1946. Some famous companies and research institutes, such as Ford, Motorola, Xerox, Boeing, SAMSUNG, LG, Kodak, NASA and so on, use TRIZ to achieve breakthrough in innovation. This paper, based on TRIZ theory and TRIZ tools, study the core concept of TRIZ and the way TRIZ works. The paper explored how the modern businesses apply TRIZ and 40 inventive principles with examples in business environment. After deliberating on examples of inventive principles in business, the paper analyzed the key affairs while applying TRIZ should be paid close attention so that businesses can apply TRIZ effectively and assistant business in innovation.
