應用PDCA 管理循環在半導體製造工程上之重大異常處置管理系統

Abstract

2008 年全球陷入金融風暴的漩渦中，各企業公司不斷尋求降低營運成本，以提高公司營運的競爭力。在各方面的營運成本中，以生產成本的降低所帶來的效益為最大。尤其是對於半導體公司而言，晶圓製造技術的生產成本降低，足以決定該半導體公司的長久獲利與永續經營的關鍵之一。對於生產成本的降低範圍，除了提升製造過程的正確性與最高效率外，也應該涵蓋品質異常所衍生出的製造損失與成本支出。後者異常狀況的確實修正與異常再發防堵，更可以進一步提升生產製造的最高效率。 本研究主要是針對重大異常發生後所衍生的相關處置作業流程，建置出一套基於 PDCA 品質管理作業程序的電子化平台。協助落實重大異常MRB會議之招開、Action管理追蹤與異常處理知識庫建構，如此可提升重大異常處置之紀律、效率，進一步達到降低再發率。同時也幫助因客訴問題所產生的廠內對應矯正作業之追蹤管理，如此便可提升客戶服務品質。另外也記錄了產品Lot 的異常品處置方式，提供了未來經驗的學習。再者建構出重大異常損失與成本資訊的完整記錄，可直接協助決策資源的管理，提升公司的競爭力。

Furthermore, construction of a significant abnormal loss of information and a complete record of the cost of direct resources to assist management decision-making to enhance the competitiveness of companies.
