建築工程套圖作業之案例研究

Abstract

摘 要 建築工程之圖說數量及種類繁多，需由多位繪圖員共同完成，然因繪圖員之建築立體觀念及專業能力不同，因此常發生圖說尺寸及內容無法對應情況，故於施工前需先進行套圖作業。本研究首先，將施工圖說之實務套圖流程作為說明，並回顧台北市某甲級營造廠，其建築工程施工圖之套圖錯誤態樣，其次，對於常見套圖錯誤態樣提出基本處理建議，常見套圖錯誤態樣中之最具關鍵之套圖錯誤態樣有：高程不符、尺寸錯誤、CAD圖檔圖層錯誤、裝修收頭、圖說與標單不一致、修正不完全、傳遞修正、修改訊息傳遞不完全等七項；基本處理建議如：（一）圖面疑問之處理，透過繪圖工程師不定時至工地，可及時溝通解決，或者適時討論圖說尺寸。（二）將現有之工程文件（建築、結構、機電等發包圖，相關工程施工說明及材料規範，裝修圖及合約，工地會議紀錄）等資料詳讀。（三）透過清圖，整理圖說中之疑點及相關問題，將疑點及相關問題釐清並列表。（四）追蹤業主、建築師，主動提供建議方案，以加速解決問題。（五）材料訂貨前，再確認圖面尺寸正確否，並告知製作廠商。（六）輕隔間施作前須先確認圖說版次。（七）鋁門窗開口尺寸須三級管控，承辦不宜更換，或須交接明確。（八）每週工地會議紀錄，須給予各相關單位、人員會簽，以防遺漏重要事項，共八項處理建議等，進而建立套圖自主檢查項目，以提供建築工程營造單位，在處理套圖錯誤問題時之參考，期以減少處理作業時程，發揮套圖作業效益。
