dc.description.abstract台灣在2005年產業科技策略(SRB)會議,針對RFID(Radio Frequency Identification, 無線射頻辨識系統)對我國未來民眾生活、經貿發展及產業競爭力的重要性進行討論,並研訂台灣RFID應用與產業發展策略,計劃積極參與國際標準制訂,打造台灣成為全球RFID的生產重鎮,並透過推動公領域RFID應用整合,帶動RFID整合性產品產業的發展。其中,航空旅運應用則是強調在航空的客運及貨運上之相關應用,其先導計畫並於95年8月展開,而RFID技術使用在機場及航空領域的相關應用仍處於創新階段,故相關學術研究甚少,在管理面及學術面應做進一步的研究。 本研究基於以上之動機,嘗試透過創新採用模式(Innovation Model),以台灣桃園國際機場旅客託運行李管理相關單位的從業人員為研究對象,探討旅客託運行李管理相關從業人員對於RFID技術這項新事物的認知程度,對於目前旅客託運行李管理方面遭遇到的失誤因素認知,對於將來在旅客託運行李管理採用RFID技術相關應用方面的評估及意願調查等,並以統計方法加以分析。 研究結果顯示目前台灣桃園國際機場旅客託運行李管理相關從業人員對於RFID技術/系統的特性認知的重視項目分別為「讀取速度」、「讀取正確性」及「成本」;並認為目前旅客託運行李管理失誤的因素主要為「處理行李量過大」、「行李分檢場設計不良」、「分揀設備辨識率過低」等三個因素,表示桃園國際機場載旅客託運行李管理上仍有改善的空間。透過意願調查顯示桃園國際機場相關單位的從業人員採用新技術的意願高,但是顯然RFID系統/技術仍有其門檻存在,如「成本」即是重要的導入門檻。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTaiwan discussed the issue about the significance of RFID to the future public life, development of economy and trade and competition of industry in 2005 Strategic Review Board convention. It also established the strategies of the RFID application and the industry development and planed to anticipate the constitution of international standards to develop Taiwan become the key position of RFID manufacturing in the world. By means of the integration of public RFID application area to develop popular RFID projects drive the development of RFID integrated industry. The application of aviation emphasizes the application of civil aviation and air cargo, and the pilot run project has launched in August 2006. There are few efforts devoted in RFID applications in the airport and civil aviation area and related academic research. So far the management and academy is concerned should do the research further. The study was motivated by orientation above, and adopted the “Innovation Adoption Process Model” to research the RFID technology cognition of baggage management stuff, the cognition of current baggage management fault and the investigation of willingness and assessment to use RFID application in baggage management. The study was conducted with statistical hypothesis and analysis. The result of the research announced that the most concerned of RFID technology by current baggage management stuff are “ read rate”, “read accuracy” and “cost”, and they consider the main reasons of the baggage handling fault are “the quantity of baggage is too much”, “the design of operation area is undesirable” and “the identification rate is such low”. It means that there still has some opportunity to improve the baggage management. The baggage management stuff are willing to use new technology, but there are some obstacle with RFID technology like “cost”.en_US
