dc.description.abstract	在觀察性研究中，許多統計模式的解釋變數，其數值事實上事先無法決定，必須透過資料收集後方可確認。本研究針對隨機線性模式的關係強度，提出區間估計和樣本數計算法。而解釋變數之隨機結構，則依序討論具多維常態分配、任意隨機分配及同時包含固定常數和隨機分配等情形。樣本數決定法的準確性，在各式參數和解釋變數分配設定下，經由模擬分析來呈現。	zh_TW
