摘要: 本计画在九十年度的研发目标可分成二大项:1. 洁净室省能及先进冷冻空调技术研发;2. 半导体制程省能技术研发。主要的计画内容区分为应用技术的研究开发与应用技术的推广二项性质。
本年度计画目标及工作内容如下:
1洁净室省能及先进冷冻空调技术研发及推广:
(1)洁净室流场及温度场分析
(2)洁净室省能技术研发
(3)高性能涡卷式压缩机设计
(4)高效率热交换器设计
(5)洁净室节能技术评估分析
(6)冷冻空调能源技术短期人才培训班一班次

2半导体制程省能技术研发及推广:
(1)12寸晶圆快速加热薄膜成长均温制程省能技术研发
(2)低温制程之研发
(3)室温长膜设备技术之研发
(4)半导体制程节能技术评估分析
(5)半导体制程省能技术短期人才培训班一班次
(6)半导体制程设备相关省能技术之学术研讨会一次
经由上述工作内容,期能建立半导体产业及相关部门之共通性节约能源技术,以提升能源使用效率;培育能源相关人才以扩大能源科技团队。
The purpose of this project in this year includes two goals: 1. Research and development of energy-saving technology for clean rooms and advanced refrigeration and air-conditioning technology; 2.Research and development of energy saving technology of semiconductor manufacture processes.

1. Energy-saving technology for clean rooms and advanced refrigeration and air-conditioning technology
(1)The analysis of fluid and temperature fields for clean rooms
(2)The design of energy saving for clean rooms
(3)The design of high performance scroll pumps
(4)The design of high efficiency of heat exchanger
(5)The estimation and analysis of energy-saving technology of clean rooms
(6)Clean-room energy-saving technology related training courses

2. Energy-saving technology for Semiconductor Manufacture processes
(1)Development of temperature uniformity technology for 12-inch wafer in rapid thermal processing
(2)Development of low-temperature technology for thin films
(3)Development of room-temperature thin film sputtering equipment technology
(4)The estimation and analysis of energy-saving technology of semiconductor manufacture processes
(5)Semiconductor manufacturing energy-saving technology related training courses
(6)Semiconductor manufacturing energy-saving technology conference

In summary, through this "High-Efficiency Energy Technology Research and Development" project, some specific and substantial energy conservation technologies can be developed for the semi-conductor and related industrial. In addition, the training of energy-related personnel for energy conservation might aid Taiwan with enormous capacity of competition in the world of twenty-first century.
