摘要: 本研究旨在針對台灣地區道安講習現況與未來講習制度改善內容做整體性的 探討與評估。透過討論現況課題探索,研擬因應之解決方案與相關措施執行期程。 本研究擬從駕駛人改善教育系統分析與道路交通安全講習制度角色與功能定 位切入,透過國內外道路交通安全講習制度現況進行回顧與比較分析。同時針對 法令修正條文、制度配合措施、財源、師資訓練、資格認證、以及民間參與可行 性分析等,研議道安講習課程規劃發展準則、課程內容設計、講授方式、檢討評 估程序與回饋機制。最後再綜合研究成果提出結論與建議,期能提出適合我國國 情且發揮駕駛人再教育之道安講習制度。
The Road Traffic Safety Lectures (abbr. RTSL) plays an important role in the post-licensing reeducation. Besides the putting the emphasis on the traffic rules violators, it might also promote the whole drivers to behave safer on the road. This study focuses on the educating purposes and functions of the RTSL. With the reviewing the foreign institutionsand analyzing the systematic framework, this study will propose an improving alternative system for the domestic. Meanwhile, setting the related actions timing is also an important objective in this study.
