dc.description.abstract | 本研究以物聯網智慧家庭服務作為研究對象,探討目前物聯網智慧家庭相關應用現況,並採用嚴謹的理論基礎發展出一套物聯網智慧家庭服務評選指標。本研究以DeLone & Mclean(2003)修正式資訊系統成功模式為基礎,再藉由物聯網智慧家庭相關文獻回顧,根據其特性及結構進行分析及處理,同時透過感知價值及整合科技接受使用理論修正得到的物聯網智慧家庭服務品質初步指標。接下來再透過使用者需求考量的品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)及加入修正式德菲法(Modified Delphi Method)的發放問卷步驟,經由專家群體修正精簡後得到物聯網智慧家庭服務評選指標共四大維度:資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、感觀價值及34項評選指標。 本研究結果可供使用者(ex. 建商、室內設計業者、一般消費者)選擇物聯網智慧家庭應用的參考準則,亦可做為物聯網業者建構智慧家庭服務之策略擬定改善。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study adopted IoT Smart Home service as a research object to examine the current status of IoT Smart Home service, and used a rigorous theoretical foundation to develop the evaluation indicators of IoT Smart Home Service. This study adopted DeLone & McLean(2003) Information Systems Success Model for scale development, through a literature re view related to IoT Smart Home service, according to its definition, collate and analyze the structure and properties. Then, modified these indicators by the Perceived Value Theory and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology Theory. And, add user requirement indicators by Quality Function Deployment method and the questionnaire steps by Modified Delphi Method. Final, after taking the corrections and streamlining from the experts, this study proposed 4 dimensions as "Information Quality", "System Quality", "Service Quality", "Perceived Value", total 34 evaluation indicators of IoT Smart Home service . The results may provide the users( ex. Construction industry, consumers) to select IoT Smart Home service and the strategies improvement of IoT service for IoT service providers. | en_US |
