摘要: 科技的發展與普及,勢必帶動全球城市追求智慧生活的實現,其中關鍵在於基礎的建設以及硬體的整合之外,更需要有軟體的加值、系統化服務的串接,使得城市運作的效率藉以提升,同時也讓生活變得更舒適、安全、便利,並能符合城市居民的需求與未來的趨勢。現今業界各家建設公司陸續導入各項智慧型生活科技於住宅之中,範疇涵蓋建築、醫療、交通、公共安全等面向,期盼成為建築業界之領頭羊,帶給住戶最佳的居住品質。推動智慧住宅多年,配合建地需求導入多項智慧應用後,卻面臨消費者使用頻率未達預期的窘境。 本研究主要為探討大多數人對智慧科技應用於住宅之需求程度,以科技接受與使用整合模式為架構,並以網路問卷進行發放,問卷回收後以結構方程模式探討影響消費者使用意願之關鍵因素,根據統計分析數據得到大多數人對於智慧科技應用於住宅之看法並提出改善建議。
With the popularization and development of technology, the implements and achievements of intelligent life in global cities thus become trends. The key points of such trend not only require the help of software and connection to the series of systematic services to elevate the operation efficiency of the cities but also make life become more comfortable, safer and more convenient to meet urban dwellers’requirements and future trends. Nowadays, construction companies in the industry successively introduce various intelligent living technologies into housing environment, which covers building, medical treatment ,traffic,public safety, and etc. dimensions, to compete for the leadership in construction industry and bring the best living qualities for residents. After promoting intelligent housing and introducing various intelligent applications into buildings and constructions to live up to the needs for several years, the dilemma that the frequencies of use of consumers did not reach the expected levels gradually appeared. This study mainly investigates the extent of demand for the applications of intelligent technologies in housing of most people. With the structure based on“Unified Theory ofAcceptance and Use of Technology”, and then conduct online-survey. The key factors that influence the use intentions of consumers could be investigated with structural equation modeling after the collection of answered questionnaires. Improvement suggestions are given after analyzing the opinions for applications of intelligent technologies in housing from most people with statistics methods.
