dc.description.abstract | 數位照像技術的進步與網路的發展,讓人們照片管理與分享行為有了重大的轉變,人們一方面逐漸適應新的照像技術所帶來的改變,一方面又存在舊有的管理與分享行為,網路相簿服務的出現,更將人們照片的分享範圍由身邊的家人朋友擴大到世界上的每一個網路相簿使用者。而原本分享管理傳統照片的行為,也跟著一起轉移到網路相簿的平台上,且不斷衍生新的分享管理方式。 標籤索引是人們為了個人管理與分享上的需求為照片加註的額外資訊,網路相簿的平台提供不同的標籤索引讓人們加註這些資訊,讓使用者更容易管理自己的數位照片或者與他人互動,由於分享與管理照片行為不斷的轉變,連帶著影響使用標籤索引的方式。 本研究經由深度訪談與問卷調查,挑選兩個使用標籤索引行為呈現不同特徵的年齡層,針對25歲以下與40歲以上網路相簿的使用者,探討他們標籤索引使用行為的脈絡與差異,透過兩個年齡層受訪者訪談陳述,而後進一步歸納造成兩個族群使用者標籤索引行為差異的主要原因,希望對現有網路相簿標籤索引使用的脈絡,有一全面性的了解。 使用者多寡與瀏覽率是網路相簿網站的永續經營的關鍵,標籤索引的設計則是可以增加使用者數量與瀏覽率的主要因素,因此增加標籤索引使用率對網路相簿的永續經營有很大的貢獻,本研究期望透過了解兩個不同年齡層標籤索引的動機與脈絡,為網路相簿平台開發新的標籤索引功能上,提供更多具體的參考方向。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | With the advance of the digital photography and the internet, there have been significant changes in photo managing and sharing behavior. While people have gradually adapted to the changes brought forth by new photography technologies, they still keep the old managing and sharing behaviors. In addition, web album services have extended photo sharing from family and friends around us to other web album users around the world. Meanwhile, traditional photo managing behaviors have been transferred to those web album platforms, constantly deriving novel sharing and managing styles. Memos are designed to mark certain additional notes for personal management or sharing. Web album platforms provide variety of useful memos for annotating information, which allows users to manage their digital photos or interact with others easily. These changing ways of photo sharing and managing has made a great impact on how people use memos. In this study, we have chosen users from two age groups with different characteristics in tagging behavior. We collected information from web album users aged under 25 and over 40. In-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys helped us probe into the differences of the context of their tagging behaviors using the three work models in contextual design. Through the statements collected from the interviews with the users of the two age groups, we generalized the reasons which cause differences in behaviors of memo using so as to have an overall understanding of the context of using memos of current web albums. The purpose of memo function is to mainly increase the number of users and the browse rates, which are the key to maintaining a web album over a period of time; therefore, it is highly beneficial for a web album to enhance the use of memo function. Through the understanding of the users’ motivation and context of usage from two different age groups, this study anticipates proposing concrete directions of developing new memo functions for web album platforms in the future. | en_US |
